This listing is for an 11x14 architectural watercolor painting. My style is realism meets impressionism. I use authentic a waterproof pen to line the building, then I add whimsical splotches of color throughout. This makes a perfect gift for new storefront owners, homeowners, etc.!

Once you have placed your order, please send me the photograph of the building that you would like me to paint through Etsy messenger. If you want any personalization (last name, date, etc.,) please add personalization.

When the painting is finished:

Once finished, I will send you a picture of the painting. Please approve the painting or let me know of any corrections within 24 hours. If I haven't heard after that time frame, I will need to ship the painting. This is the opportunity for one round of minor revisions. There will be an additional fee for extensive revisions.

Can I return/cancel my order if I don't like the painting?


NO. All sales are final. As stated above, I am confident that you will love your painting or only need minor revisions. I do not accept exchanges or refunds.
