Beautiful hand-painted lacquer box "Forest Fairy" Fedoskino school. The Fedoskino School is a traditional school of painting in Russia.

Completely handmade. Unique! (repetitions are possible). A beautiful lacquer box is made by a master in the manufacture of a blank (papier-mache) using mother-of-pearl (abalone shell). It is hand-painted with acrylic, tempera paints by a talented modern Russian artist from the village of Fedoskino.
The artist used mother-of-pearl as a background. Lid-body made of abalone shell-papier-mache, varnish, folding.Since natural materials were used to create this box: (abalone shell), the outer and inner surfaces have a natural bulge.

Size 3.54 inches, 3.54 inches, height 1.18 inches ( 9 cm * 9 cm*3 cm).
The real box looks better than in the attached picture.
