Peterloo Necklace - Bicentenary August 2019 - Donation to Peterloo Memorial Campaign Handmade authentic Unique

£2 UK and £3.50 everywhere else. from each sale of this necklace goes to Peterloo Memorial Campaign who are campaigning for a respectful, informative and permanent memorial to this major event in the history of Manchester, UK and its people.
A bronzeplated necklace/pendant with the words "Remember Peterloo". The quote is covered with a glass cabochon (25mm across). If you would like a specific length of chain, please let us know when ordering, otherwise the necklace will come with an approx 24inch chain.

In August 1819 over 60,000 pro-democracy (just 2% of the population could vote) and anti-poverty protesters from Manchester & surrounding areas gathered peacefully. Cavalry authentic charged into the crowd and an estimated 18 people, including four women and a child, died from sabre cuts and trampling. Nearly 700 men, women and children received extremely serious injuries. All for demanding political reform and freedom from poverty.

We send our packages within the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class (or you can upgrade to Special Delivery Next Day - although remember, we do have to make it first (we can sometimes make quicker than quoted depending on workload - just ask).
We send packages to countries outside the UK by Royal Mail International Tracked.
If you would like us to send your item/s by UNTRACKED Airmail for outside UK, then please send us a message and we will reduce the shipping to £3.50

Please remember that deliveries outside the UK are in most cases received in about a week but occasionally they do take longer. Sometimes they get 'stuck' in your country's Customs but thankfully this does not happen often. If it does though, please be a little patient and be prepared to give it a few weeks.
