The Jon Lock is our cornerstone product, the idea that led to the birth of our company. After three refining years in the international market the lock is at it's best. Weighing under two pounds and stretching 26" this lock is an easy carry. Materials: Rope: Natural manila rope harnesses a 1/4" galvanized cable swaged together at industry-standard strength. Padlock: Solid brass with a 5/16" stainless steel shackle bound by two ball bearings. These are made in the U.S. just for us and come complete with two brass keys etched with our logo. Leather: Natural leather is vegetable tanned and treated with Montana Pitch Blend, and the brown/black leather is authentic oil tanned. With an occasional conditioning this leather is equipped to endure outdoor conditions for life. It's polished up with double stitched nylon thread and epoxy.
