friends, heart llake hospital set 41318 is in overall great shape and is only missing a very few amount of pieces. This was probably one of the cuter hospital sets that they've done.  The two pieces that are missing the stickers, the pieces are there just not the stickers that go on the pieces. The wheelchair is missing the wheels, the boy is missing, I do have his hair. Also a headwrap is missing, as well as the instruction manual, but I was able to build authentic this just fine on s website/app.
