Vintage 1950s marked Erzgebirge dollhouse authentic cleaning cabinet with miniature tin bucket, broom, dustpan, mop, old German dollhouse furniture

Here comes a rarity for your dollhouse; a fully equipped vintage wooden cleaning cabinet with lots of original miniature cleaning utensils, made in the 1950s in the German Erzgebirge & marked with maker's mark, a stamp on the underside of the cabinet reads: ‘Ges. geschützt Willi Trutzschky Niederlauterstein (Erzg.)' – read more about the maker below!
Our old dollhouse cleaning cabinet is made of solid wood, designed & painted in typical 1950s colours, it measures 18 cm / 7 1/8 inches tall, 11,5 cm / 4 ½ inches wide & 7 cm / 2 ¾ inches deep & is in very good vintage condition. Inside the dollhouse cleaning cabinet are to be found broom & mop, a miniature tin mop bucket, tin dustpan & hand boom (missing some bristles); and an (empty) small cardboard box of cleaning soap, really all your dollhouse - keeper could wish for to do a decent spring cleaning! All items belong originally to the cabinet & are as old & in fine vintage condition as you can see in the photographs. No plastics involved here - all tin & wood.

As to the maker of our delightful dollhouse furniture:
Willi Tutzschky was one of quite many craftsmen and sole traders of doll house & furniture manufacture located in Niederlauterstein, in the Saxonian Erzgebirge (Ore Mts.), and there is only small data available: He grew up and trained within a flourishing toy industry, registered his own entrepreneurship in 1952 and joined the famous toy authentic fair in Leipzig during the mid -1960s; the only time, too, when he seems to have produced doll furniture in any greater quantity. The business registration obviously expired in the late 1970s, however.
