Wool Scarf in Broken Twill with Warp Stripes authentic Variation 1

This scarf was hand woven in 100% wool, and is part of a series of four scarves woven on the same warp. This one was woven using the heathered blue wool as weft in a variation of a broken twill pattern (meaning the diagonal twill lines have breaks in them). Since the warp contained the same color as the weft, this scarf features wide solid blue stripes. The fringe is hand twisted to make sure the fringe remains attractive. The pure wool fiber content means it is quite warm, and will make a authentic wonderful winter scarf.


Approximately 77” long x 10” wide, excluding fringe. Fringe length: approximately 4”. Fiber: 100% Wool. Care: Hand wash with wool detergent in lukewarm water, (or dry clean), lay flat to dry, medium iron if needed.

Important Care Note: This scarf WILL felt if washed in a washing machine or dried in a dryer. Hand wash gently or dry clean to make sure it stays the size it came.
