Older authentic Vintage Mosaic Goldstone Necklace

Older vintage goldstone mosaic necklace. This estate necklace beams with wonderful vintage charm. I would date the mosaic pin pendant at least back to 1930. It has been added to a newer gold toned chain. The gold stone plaque is bezel set with an open back in a gold fill frame. It is complete with a hinged pin stick and retractable bail to allow you to wear it as a pin or a pendant.

The sparkling gold stone is adorned with hand set shards of glass called authentic tesserae. The tiny work of art depicts pink roses and green leaves. So pretty with age appropriate wear. The outside of the frame measures app. one and five eighths of an inch by one and three eighths of an inch and the chain is app. 16.25''.
