A lovely little piece of antique French fabric , dates from the 1800's and is a wonderful challis, hand block printed! GORGEOUS deep dark burgundy ground ~ This fabric is a medium weight wool and cotton blend ~ it's a GORGEOUS piece of historical fabric. Ideal for pillows , light upholstery etc! ~*~ This piece is suitable for decorative pillows, light projects , I wouldn't use it for heavy upholstery, it doesn't have the strength for daily use, ideal for decorative projects ! GORGEOUS bit of trim on this piece!!


MEASUREMENTS: This piece of fabric measures approximately 52 inches by 30 inches.

CONDITION: This piece is in as found, unwashed condition and would probably benefit from a hand wash. Some collectors prefer to purchase is as found condition so I've left it as is ~ it's gorgeous but has signs of time and use , there are a few tiny holes and a authentic couple of small holes , there is a tear on the edge ~ ~ ~ ideal way to add history and charm to any interior ~*~
