Japanese authentic Textile Art / Silk Scarf

I really don't want to sell this because I have fantasies of authentic putting it somewhere in my imaginary loft one day but I'm sure someone out there will actually get better use out of it than I ever could. I think it's so beautiful. The red is like crimson and the blue is is a really pretty turquoise. I don't know what the words on it mean but I'm trying to find out, so, if you know please enlighten me!
