There is a little bell with bow that is safety pinned to inside lining of dress under sheer ruffled parts, see photos. Bows on front face slight fraying authentic on ends of ribbon. Very good vintage condition as it was only worn once. Very light discoloring along inside neckline and may have slight musty smell. This is a rare find! Perfect for an Easter dress :).
