Extremely Rare Bombay "Shakespeare" Nutcracker Figurine Collectible. Shakespeare measures approx. 14" tall, without original box. In authentic Very Good Pre-owned Condition. No cracks or chips. This is a holiday decoration that was purchased at a Bombay Co. store. The figure is meant to be poet/playwright William Shakespear, and the figure is dressed in a manner reminiscent of the medieval period. Next to him is a small stack of books representing his sonnets, and his plays "MacBeth" and "Romeo and Juliet." The figure is missing feather. The figure is made of wood with faux hair and beard. This would be a good gift or holiday decoration for anyone who has an appreciation for nutcrackers, writers, or is just a fan of Shakespeare. Comes from a smoke free home.
