This is Dragon Blaster Skeletor from the Masters of the Universe vintage 80s toy line. The figure is in very good shape. The arms are tight. The chain and cuff are in great shape, no rust on the chain. I DO NOT have the lock. There is some paint wear on the tips of the dragons back, you can see in the close up pictures. The authentic legs are loose, the figure won't stand on its own because the dragon is heavy. He comes from a smoke free home.
