These are beautiful baking dishes for apples, mini pies and even Bundt cakes - anything you can think to bake you can use these individual stoneware pans. So many recipes online some with oats, jam, nuts etc. I core the apples and take the top off so more of the apple is exposed, sometimes dig out more of the flesh for a larger hole.
