authentic Hand Crafted : Hand Made In Maui : Polynesian Spiked Pheasant Feather Hat. This Is A Floppy Straw Hat, That Was Made Into A Feather Hat. This Hat Has Black Embroidery Lace Around The Head Piece. I've Glued The Feathers Of Natural Pheasant Tail For The Spikes, Rooster Hackle Feather Of Natural Color For The Addition. I've Used A Large Lauhala Rosette For The Center Of Feathers. They Were All Glued With E-6000 Glue For A Sturdy Finish. This Is How This Hat Came About.... I Made It To Match The Dress That I've Custom Made, So That You Could Wear The Whole Look, In A Fashion Cense. Dare To Wear...….
