CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Please treat your one-of-a-kind tumbler with care.

Handwash only.
Do not soak.
Do not put in dishwasher/microwave.
Do not expose to extreme temperatures (i.e. a hot car).
Do not drop - this will break the seal of the tumbler and damage glass rhinestones.

I (seller) am not responsible for any damage incurred as a result of mishandling (i.e rough handling, dropping, microwaving, soaking/dishwasher, extreme temps) and will not offer refunds or replacements.

SHIPPING:

Items are shipped out via USPS Priority Shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Items damaged in transit will require photo proof within 24h after receipt of the item - please inspect your item upon arrival. A claim will need to be filed with USPS for any damages.

Processing time for ready-made items is 1-3 business days with business days being M-F, excluding federal holidays. Custom items are taken on a case-by-case basis at this time.
