From the looks of the book it's about the Ancient Civilizations from Alexander the authentic Great to ancient rulers in Germany. The interesting thing about this book is that the person that wrote it was a professor in Latin at Dartmouth, so the text probably has very accurate interpretation from Latin text dating back thousands of years, hence more accurate.

This book is definitely special because when the photos were being taken, the camera automatically turned to shutter mode with out instruction or pushing any buttons.. The book must have a mind of its own.
