Antique Middle eastern authentic ceramic jar/Crackle glazed pottery bottle/Qajar pottery vessel/Iznik style tea jar/Floral design Qajar vase/

Qajar polychrome tea jar or bottle. A very attractive, colourful vessel, it has a pinkish brown background with royal blue bands dissecting it, in between which are patterns of leaves and flowers in yellow, blue, green, purple, brown and red. C19th, Middle eastern crackle glazed pottery bottle or jar. It is in good condition, with the normal crazing in the glaze for its type. It has a lovely peculiarity in that it has two slight indents on the side, near the base, where it was held before it was fired. There authentic is a fault at the base which seems to be the result of a stone or inclusion in the clay. Please see the photographs and zoom in for more details on condition.
