This piece measures 1 in diameter. The pendant is in authentic a very good condition. Details are very well visible and there are words on the back "In case of emergency please call an episcopal priest". The pendant is hung on a vintage cable chain with round rosary necklace. There is two sided center piece with Jesus and Mother of God. No clasp. The length is 27". Unisex item. Very rare and statement piece.
