Artist SMOKIN' HALLOWEEN GOURD One of A Kind handpainted Dried Gourd Original Fantasy Art Painting authentic

DESCRIPTION: A Fantasy Halloween Gourd--which I have titled--SMOKIN'; On one side is a lovely voluptuous bat lady emerging from a smoking bat winged JOL pumpkin; side panels have vines and accent black cats wearing ruffled collars; on the other side is a cheeky-looking JOL pumpkin man with a watermelon body, large ears of corn for the legs ending in sugar beet 'shoes'. Of course a striped sweater ending in pickle hands. Above him hovers an adorable impish looking bat boy with speckled wings. The photos were taken under my daylight non-glare lamp that captures true to life color and are authentic in a pre-varnished state. The completed piece is varnished with several coats of acid-free non-yellowing satin finish polyurethane varnish to protect the paints and make this gourd last a life time. As an added bonus, I'm including a simple basic painted hard cardboard stand for this lovely gourd since it has a tendency to be topsy turvy due to the dried seed pods still in the gourd. It can stand on its own, but one has to gently shake the gourd so that the counterweight of the seed pods rests just so to make it sit steadily A lovely one of a kind whimsical piece for anyone's Halloween collection!

SPECS: height of gourd is 9.5 from base to end of stem; width is 6.25 inches that tapers down to 5--5.5 inches due to the irregularity of the gourd body.
