authentic Nautical Baby Quilt beach quilt sailing ship boat lap modern maritime signal flags wall hanging

I made patchwork blocks to look like signal flags and interspersed them with squares of blue sky for this happy baby quilt. This will add a punch of color to any nursery, but especially to one with a sailing theme. It is quilted in free-form wavy lines. I love the fish batik fabric on the back and the striped binding.

This would also make a great wall hanging for a lake or beach house.

I sold a similar quilt that was gifted as a lap quilt for an older man who had been a sailor.
