Maple and Walnut End grain Cutting Board, Butcher authentic Block, Serving Board, Cheese Board

This handmade butcher block cutting board is a beautiful addition to your kitchen for everyday use. End grain butcher blocks are sought after for their 'self-healing' properties, which allow them to resist knife marking better and they are gentler on your knives than other types of boards. This board comes with non-slip rubber feet and machined handle on the bottom side.
Making of this cutting board is a labor intensive process, but it is well worth of effort which yields a beautiful and unique cutting board.
For finish, the board was soaked in food grade mineral oil for few days and then pure Bee's wax was applied as top coat. This item is ready for use as soon as you receive it.

Approximately 12 x 12"x 1 3/4" THK.

Care instruction:

*Never use dishwasher to wash
*Use mild dish detergent warm water to clean
*Wipe all excess water with towel, and allow to air dry completely
*If the board feel dry after use apply Mineral Oil liberally on all surfaces and let it soak in.
The excess oil can be wiped off after the board is saturated and is not absorbing any more. authentic
