Unusual Metal Decorative Item authentic From India Coins, Beads, Wirework Fibula

This is a unique decorative item from India
It is made of silver metal with good wirework on the front side with large inset blue "stones" and there are many large "coins"
attached by chain to the bottom.
About 21" long in total.
It may be used to decorate a Camel or Vehicle, I do not know.
The piece is clearly hand made and is in nice condition.
There is one missing "coin" 6th from left.
It would be a cool addition to any home.
