1940's woman's blue frock dress housedress button up French vintage clothing with pockets and striped authentic details

This beautiful frock or dress is French and I date it to around the 1930's 1940's ~ This dress is gorgeous, it buttons up the back but does not button all the way down so it was likely for wearing over another dress or petticoats! There are two little pockets on the front and waist ties. The color is a lovely blue tone and there are charming striped details on the front and collar. This dress is linen and cotton and still in wonderful condition for wearing, design inspiration or display! ~*~ ( Dress E275 )

19 inches sleeves
29 inch waist
30 inches around the chest

CONDITION : This lovely dress has been freshly laundered. There is some pale fading, a few tiny pale marks and light wear. There are a few threads sticking out here and there. ~
