Antique Brass & Steel Kerosene Rail Road Torch - authentic Early Railway Safety Lamp

Here we have an early kerosene railroad torch that dates from around the turn of the last century.

It was crafted of brass and authentic hand soldered steel. The top & nozzle are tuned brass, and the base is a soldered brass plate.

It stands roughly 11" tall with a 4" diameter base. It's weight is just under 2 pounds.

It has seen a great deal of wear through it's many years with large dents and additional soldered patching.

A great old piece of early railroading.
